LGBTQIA+
South Lane Mental Health values the mental health and wellness of the LGBTQIA+ community. We have counselors with special training in working with LGBTQIA+ youth and adults. We strive to be an affirming agency and partner to this community.
We provide individual therapy, couples, and family therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients of all ages. Common topics and concerns include exploring gender and sexual identities, coming out, couples therapy, family therapy, parent support, and gender transition.
Supported Employment
South Lane Mental Health’s Supported Employment program assists individuals to become employed and maintain employment in an integrated, competitive work setting. Services include development of employment opportunities and ongoing support including job coaching, assistive technology, job retention, and more.
Our Supported Employment program utilizes the evidence-based Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) model, which integrates the following eight principles:
Supported Housing
South Lane Mental Health offers a supported housing program that includes case management, medication management assistance, and individual skills training, as well as assisting clients in meeting their daily needs. We have a multi-disciplinary staff of caring individuals who work together in a team approach, so that responsibility for client care is shared and coordinated. Staff disciplines include social workers, family therapists, nurse practitioners and other Qualified Mental Health Professionals and Associates.
Housing options include:
Case management services are delivered to any community site depending on need and desire of the client. The goal of the supported housing team is to provide a safe, comfortable living environment, help clients reach their full potential, meet specific needs of individual clients, and encourage progress to more independent living arrangements.

South Lane Mental Health accepts Pacific Source, Providence, Moda, Trillium, Regence, United Health Care, Triwest and Pacific Source Community Solutions. If you are without insurance and in need of assistance; and are located in southern Lane County, please give us a call. Funds from the state and county, although limited, help pay for services for those who lack health insurance or are in crisis. We are happy to chat with you about your options. Masks are required for all South Lane Mental Health staff, clients, and visitors in public areas of our buildings, regardless of vaccination status. Please speak with your therapist prior to your in-person appointment if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
