South Lane Mental Health treats a range of mental health and emotional issues including depression and other mood disorders such as post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD), trauma, abuse, and anxiety disorders in individuals, families and children.
We are committed to promoting emotional, behavioral and psychological growth so that clients can better address their mental health concerns.
Counselors use a variety of therapeutic techniques in individual and family settings. Counselors offer trauma informed therapy, cognitive therapy, EMDR, biofeedback, group therapy, and other approaches to recovery.
Several South Lane Mental Health counselors are specially trained to work with children and their families, coordinating with a number of community organizations including Head Start, South Lane Family Relief Nursery, Great Days Early Education Center, and South Lane School District to provide services as needed on-site.
