South Lane Mental Health is a community mental health organization that offers a variety of programs and services designed to respect the individual choices and unique needs of each client.
Services include:
- Medication assessment, management and monitoring
- Individual, family, and child counseling
- Referrals
- Crisis response
- Supported housing and independent living services
- Substance use disorder recovery program for ages 14 and up
- Individual Employment Placement and Support

Insurance:
We are pleased to announce that, effective October 13, 2020, South Lane Mental Health will begin accepting Pacific Source and Providence commercial health insurance plans. Persons seeking services with these plans may contact South Lane Mental Health on or after 10/13/2020 to schedule an initial appointment: 541-942-3939. You can also click the “Schedule Intake” button on this website to request an appointment.
South Lane Mental Health will continue to accept current and future clients with MODA, Pacific Source Community Solutions and Trillium Community Health Plans (OHP).





If you are without insurance and in need of care; and are located in southern Lane County or northern Douglas County, please give us a call.
