How to Get Started:

To get started, please call us at (541) 942-3939.  Let us know that you wish to begin services with us.  The intake coordination team will work with you to schedule an initial assessment with a counselor to best understand your needs and help connect you with the services you are looking for.  This first appointment typically lasts between 1 hour and 90 minutes.  During this meeting, relevant personal history, and information on the nature of your needs will be discussed.  You will then be assigned a counselor who will reach out to you to schedule ongoing appointments.

Insurance Eligibility:

South Lane Mental Health accepts clients with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) administered in Lane County by Pacific Source Community Solutions and Trillium.  Our agency is also able to work with clients with “open card” Medicaid status, meaning they are enrolled in Oregon Health Plan but have not yet been assigned to a specific Lane County CCO.  South Lane Mental Health may be able to offer services to dual eligible clients who have OHP in combination with other insurance, but please call to confirm eligibility.

On a limited basis, we can accept clients with Pacific Source private insurance, MODA, Regence, United Healthcare, Triwest and Providence private insurance, dependent on eligible therapist availability.  If you have any of these insurances, please call us to determine availability.
